Aleph has worked in the field of education since 1992. Previous to her employment at the ETTC, she served as the Even Start and Dodge County Adult Education Program Director and as an adjunct faculty for both the Heart of Georgia Technical College and Mercer University. Aleph offers support to our school systems with grant programs, student assessment, data analysis, integration of  technology-supported practices, training courses, and support for 21st Century Learning Environments.

Jennifer's job responsibilities include providing instructional services to school systems. Before joining our ETTC staff in January 2005, she was employed as an elementary classroom teacher. In addition, she worked part-time as an InTech instructor. She has a Master's Degree in Elementary Education from Mercer University.  jlee@hgresa.org

Rae is responsible for Project Based Learning at the ETC. This includes Georgia Movie Academy and Promote GA. She also works with all Title IID grants and the school systems involved in those grants. Rae has worked in the field of Education since 1988. She was a Business Education teacher at Loganville High School. Rae has a B.S. degree in Office Administration/Business Education.

Michelle graduated from Dodge County High School in 2006.  She is currently attending Middle Georgia College pursuing a degree in Elementary Education.  She has worked with the ETTC for a year and is currently working part time providing administrative and instructional support to the ETTC staff.

Debbie Wynn has 28 years of experience in the field of education at the Heart of Georgia RESA. Her responsibilities include registering participants for scheduled training courses, managing budgets, maintaining records related to DOE contracts, maintaining participant records for PLU credits, and general duties to ensure smooth training center operations.

David Rogers has 20 years of experience in the field of technology. The primary focus of his work has been in networking, programming and hardware/software support. His professional interests include network security, encryption, programming, tweaking WindowsXP and Linux/Open Source, Wireless Technology and web-based server solutions.

Data Analysis Specialist

Steve J. Smith, a business executive-turned-educator, provides data analysis and works as a consultant in athematics, social studies and financial reporting through both the ETC and RESA. He is a former Teacher of the Year who is certified in nine fields and possesses his Ed.S. in Educational Leadership. Steve was named a Georgia TAPP Ambassador for 2008-2009. He sends a good portion of his income to UGA for football tickets and for one of his daughters to attend. He has served as interim pastor for a number of churches in the area.
